Please note all terms and conditions. General terms and conditions apply for all bookings. These include Payment & Booking, Cancellation, Children, Dietary Requirements / Menu Changes, Damage & Liability, Force Majeure.

Payment & Booking
- Our service areas are as follows: 0 - 10 / 11 Km from our office minimum booking requirements available. 12 / 13 - 30 Km from our office maximum additional booking minimums apply. 30+ Km from our office only significantly large events will be considered outside this area. Discretion of the area for an event and the minimum event requirements is solely up to Bali Chef Hire.
- Transport fees for events may vary based equipment required, additional staff & suppliers, high traffic areas and distance.
- Please note a quotation that is provided via email is not an invoice and this for not a confirmed booking. Upon reaching an agreement of the quotation you will be invoiced in a PDF sent to your email.
- Quotations are typically valid for a period of 30 days. Due to fluctuating prices of food and beverage for quotations or invoices guest will be notified immediately and have the option to pay the additional cost or substantiate for other items to maintain original costing.
- A 50% down payment of estimated cost is required to secure bookings in accordance with confirmation and contract agreement / invoice agreed upon by both parties.
- The balance of 50% of estimated total cost must be paid up at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to event date, unless otherwise notified by our staff.
- The number of guests must be communicated 21 (twenty-one) days prior to event date and confirmed at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to event date.
- The final invoice will be based on this figure even in the event of a last-minute cancellation.
- For any events booked less than 14 days prior to the event date, the total amount is required to be paid at the time of the booking confirmation, unless otherwise notified by our staff.
- Bali Chef Hire can only receive payment via WISE or bank transfer to our IDR Indonesian Accounts or Cash IDR (Indonesian rupiah).
- Deposits and Payments for late bookings 3 (three) days prior to the event date must be made in cash or instant WISE transfer. No acceptations to ensure payments are not delayed by bank holidays, bank closures or other circumstances.
- Regular Bank Transfers must be made 10 days prior to the event to ensure there are no delays in international transfers which can take 5 business days.
- Our office is only open 9 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am - 5 pm Saturday and Sunday. All correspondence to events will only be accepted between these times.
- All deposits are non refundable. Payment of deposit accepts the terms and conditions on the website.
- We do not accept payment on the day of the event as we have invested time and money into your event and need a garuntee from you in the form of deposit. Please do not ask for this option as refusal may offend.
Cancellation
- If we do not receive the deposit by the due date, it is understood that you have sourced alternative arrangements and your booking will be automatically released without further notification from us.
- Because the effort of Bali Chef Hire staff and resources that have been set aside for you to provide service, we will not overbook our service and have likely turn away other events for your date. For this reason, the 50% date reservation fee held for the event would not be returned to you in case of cancellation.
- Cancellation within 7 days of an event will be charged at a 75% rate of the full fee as we have pre arranged staff, equipment, resources and many other items that are non refundable.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of an event will be charged in full as we have pre arranged staff, equipment, resources and many other items that are non refundable.
Children
- Children under 3 years will not be charged for food and beverage.
- Children from 3 to 12 years will be charge at 50% of the adult price for food and beverage menus of non-alcoholic beverages options.
- A full amount will be charge for children above the age of 12.
Dietary Requirements / Menu Changes
- Bali Chef Hire will endeavour to provide suitable adaptions to the Clients menu for any guests with special dietary requirements or allergies.
- We cannot however take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance (no less than 14 working days prior to the event).
- Menu changes and or dietary requirements may incur additional charges
Damage & Liability
- The client agrees to pay for any loss or damage to any equipment, crockery, cutlery, or glassware or other items supplied by Bali Chef Hire for the event, including any issues caused by the client guests.
- Any damaged linens because of the use of felt tip pens, candle, and red wine will result in any additional charge payable by the client after the event. an amount of IDR 500.000 net per table cloth will be charge.
- Bali Chef Hire will not be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage to any personal effects of the client of gifts brought onto premises by client’s guest.
- Bali Chef Hire accept no liability under any claim whatsoever arising (be it by negligence or otherwise) for any loss. We are not responsible for any loss of guests belonging before, during, and after the event. Any items found by our staff at the venue during/after the event will be handed over to the organizer or security.
Force Majeure
- Bali Chef Hire shall incur no liability to the Client if performance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any case whatsoever beyond Bali Chef Hires control and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by act of fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, weather, geological, or lock out and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from suffered by the Client
Chef Menus
Booking Information & Chef Consultation
- Chef Menus minimum of 6 guests for areas close to our Seminyak office location.
- Chef Menus locations including and further than Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Pandawa, Bingin, Tanah Lot minimum 20 guest.
- Chef Menus & Bar Party Packages locations including and further than Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot minimum 15 guest.
- Chef Menus & Bar Free Flow Packages locations including and further than Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot minimum 20 guest.
- Children not included to reach guest minimum on Food & Drinks Menus. Under 3 yrs no charge, 3 - 12 yrs 50% of adult rate, 12+ yrs full rate.
- Menus are priced for buffet / family style service. Additional fee per pax will apply for individual plating service.
- We ideally require a minimum of 5 to 7 days scheduling and planning time prior to your requested booking date.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- Bookings include only the number of guests invoiced. We supply for the number of guest invoiced and staff will note the guest numbers.
- Please ensure you are ready to start at the event time, our staff do the best to be there for you please do the same for our team.
Prices Inclusions
- Based on guest numbers we will supply 1 to multiple Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants as determined by our experienced staff.
- Basic set up and decoration of the area where food will be set out / served including standard trays, dishes, serving pots etc for the food.
- Setup and cooking time requires 2 - 3 hrs for chef menus. 1 hr - 30 mins for Babi Guling. Please ensure the location is available.
- Average time for chef menu / babi guling service is 2 hours. Please notify us where you require additional time, fees may apply.
- Equipment required to prepare and cook the meal. We must have a sufficient area to setup our equipment and basic facilities.
- Ingredients to cover standard menu options. Menu changes, and or dietary requirements may require additional fees.
- Pack up and clean-up will be done after the meal is prepared and served. Note standard service times.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fee based on location. Additional equipment / non central / hard access / cliff may require additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities
- For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chefs and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
- Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, use of a stove or oven based on menu requirements, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink.
Availability / Disclaimer
- Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our chef will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. - Currently our service area includes Canggu, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar Seletan we can service other areas however fees may apply based on the location. Minimum order levels also apply to distant locations.

- Free Flow Packages include alcohol, bar staff, bar equipment, glassware, mixers, condiments, ice, coolers, and bar based on guest number.
- Free Flow Packages we can not serve shots and for any outside alcohol please clear this with the team before your event.
- Decorations, additional tables, bar tables and chairs, and other equipment can be added for a fee. Please discuss your requirements.
Transport and Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories

Service of Alcohol Law

- Grazing tables require a minimum of 10 guests per order and are set up on site. Under 30 pax only available with Chef Menu or Bar Menu.

- Grazing tables require additional display equipment included. Display equipment must be returned to Bali Chef Hire.
- You may opt to have special setup of Grazing tables for weddings etc. Where this is done prices are quoted for the extra display items.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional bar equipment, catering equipment, table dressings, decorations, accessories, or staff are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our chef and representative shall discuss this with you at the consultation.
- Transport return fee based on your location. Large equipment may require additional fee. Prices subject to change without notice.
Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot 600K / Ubud 700K. Due to distance, travel time, extra costs we can only accept large events in Ubud, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot locations.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.

- Our Bali massage, salon and spa team is available to start work from as early as 8 am each day and finish as late as 8 pm.
- Please ensure you have observed our information in regards to a minimum of 2 guests per booking.
- Please book 24 to 48 hours prior to your requested booking date. Last minute bookings are accepted but not guaranteed.
- At the time of booking or on arrival in Bali we require a deposit of 50%. Remaining balance is then due in cash on date of service.

- Staff Hire cost includes only the staff for the time you have booked them. If you are running late an additional fee is payable or the service will be for a shorter period of time.
- All oils, and requirements for the massage and or treatment are provided. We bring sarongs and towels to lay out over the area you will be receiving the massage in order to protect the area. Please note we do not bring portable massage beds.
- A bed, sun-lounge or mattress is the ideal place for a massage. Keep in mind a soft springy mattress will mean a softer massage.
- Currently our service area includes Canggu, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, we can service other areas however fees apply based on the location.

- All Bali Babysitters may start work from as early as 7am each day & finish up to as late as 1am. Live in / 24 hrs by special arrangement only.
- Please ensure you have observed our information in regards to babysitter to children ratios and discuss prior if you have older children.
- A baby under 1.5 years requires full attention and we will only take a baby and child over 3 years as 2 children.
- Over 1.5 years we can provide care for 2 children with 1 baby sitter. This is as the baby requires full attention.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your requested booking date to organise any of our services.
- At the time of booking or on arrival in Bali we require a deposit of 50%. Remaining balance is then due in cash on date of sitting.
- All babysitters have a minimum booking of 3 hours per day and a call out fee of 50.000 IDR applies to cover transportation costs in standard areas. Seminyak, Legian, Kuta.
- Transport to other areas will have a surcharge to cover the commute for the sitter fuel / time / transport cost.
