Balinese Babi Guling Buffet
Babi Guling is a traditional Balinese dish which is Balinese roast pork cooked over a flame for many hours and continuously basted with a special mixture of traditional herbs and spices. We prepare the Babi Guling at our off site location and bring it to you to be carved up along with numerous side dishes.
Our Babi Guling guling packages have 3 size options to cover for all guest numbers and are served inclusive with the Balinese traditional condiments included to cover for whichever size you order. You then have the option to add additional sides to your Babi Guling package for an additional fee. We include a full service package so a server or many staff is included who will provide equipment, setup the table, allow 2 hours dining, after cleanup and all leftovers will be kept within your villa equipment for later eating. Additional hours service can be added for a fee. |
Please note: Currently as of November 2024 there has been a very big increase in price for babi guling / roast pork / pork in general. This means we have had to increase pricing and we will as soon as the prices come down reduce this again. We apologise for the inconvenience however this is out of our control.

All Babi Guling Sizes include: Whole Babi, Lawar, Satay Babi, Satay Lilit, Tum Ayam, Krupuk Babi, Nasi Puti. Our portions are BIG size compared to other companies at approx. 500 grams of pork meat per person not the 300 gram size other places sell. Optionally add western options and staff to your event. Booking Information & Babi Guling Consultation
- Babi Guling minimum package is 20 KG for 10 - 15 guests for areas close to our Seminyak office location only.
- Babi Guling locations including and further than Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot minimum 50+ guest & additional sides / services. To a balance of 15.000K IDR. Note to including the minimum order value of any order within these regions for each service added.
- Babi Guling & Bar Party Packages locations including and further than Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot minimum 25 - 30 guest.
- Babi Guling & Bar Free Flow Packages locations including and further than Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot minimum 30+ guest.
- Children not included to reach guest minimum on Food & Drinks Menus. Under 3 yrs no charge, 3 - 12 yrs 50% of adult rate, 12+ yrs full rate.

- We ideally require a minimum of 5 to 7 days scheduling and planning time prior to your requested booking date.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- Bookings include only the number of guests invoiced. We supply for the number of guest invoiced and staff will note the guest numbers.
- Please ensure you are ready to start at the event time, our staff do the best to be there for you please do the same for our team.
- Babi Guling can not be cooked on site. We require a fire pit and approximately 5 - 8 hours cooking time based on the size.
Prices Inclusions
- Babi Guling is prepared off site as well as the other items in the package. The package is brought to your location and laid out only.
- If adding additional items salads, kebabs, etc. you will require a chef to prepare the menu items and also act as a server for the event.
- Additional staff will be in attendance for a maximum 2 - 3 hours total. This includes setup, serving, cleaning, and packup.
- Babi Guling is not included as a "Chef Menu" item for our drinks packages or additional items as this is a basic menu not a Chef Menu.
- Average time for buffet service when added is 2 hours for most events. Please notify us where you require additional time.
- Serving equipment for the babi guling is supplied as per the photos below however this does not include dinnerware and or cutlery.
- Food items are included as listed in standard menu options are: babi guling, lawar, satay babi, satay lilit, tum ayam, krupuk, nasi puti.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fee based on location. Additional equipment / non central / hard access / cliff may require additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities
- For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chefs and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
- Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, use of a stove or oven based on menu requirements, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our chef will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. Currently our service area includes Canggu, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar Seletan we can service other areas however fees may apply based on the location.
