We have a professional team of bartenders, mixologists, wait staff, assistants and more available for your events. This allows our team to provide you with a great range of dining options, platters, canapes with a full range of beer, wine, spirits and gourmet cocktails for you and your guests.
We have 3 options to select from:
The first package we offer is our cocktail party package listed under Bartenders Here. This is priced per person however working a little differently to our other packages. The package is designed for guests who are bringing duty free to Bali. You supply the alcohol and we supply all the rest.
The second and the most popular choice is our set packages priced per person, these are listed under Bartenders Here. Simply select the package you like and our staff prepare everything so you just need to relax and enjoy your party. We will advise of the staff included with each package as this is based upon your guest numbers. Most packages include a minimum of 2 staff 1 Mixologist / Bartender and 1 Bar Back / Assistant per 20 guest.
Our third option is for individual staff hire, which you will find below: what this means is you can also add additional staff to a standard package or even create a customized staffing plan for your event. All pricing is per hour, with minimum hours required. The number of staff you require at your event is dependent upon how much you want to spend, number of guests and the level of service you want.

Master Mixologist
$25 AUD Per Hour
3 Hours Minimum When only the best is required. A Master Cocktail Mixologist is for selected events when you want fine mixology service with handcrafted cocktails made on the fly and a service level that exceeds your expectations. Our Master Mixologists are also Wedding Bar Supervisors |
Senior Mixologist
$20 AUD Per Hour
3 Hours Minimum Senior Mixologists are highly skilled cocktail makers and have been with Bali Bartender for an extensive period of time. They are senior in that they can manage a bar effectively, mix, muddle and shake up great cocktails and also ensure your bar is well serviced. |
Junior Mixologist
$15 AUD Per Hour
3 Hours Minimum A Mixologist will make a selection of cocktails for your event. They are skilled bar tenders providing quick and friendly service to your guests, serving them essential bar drinks. If your just having casual drinks or beverages then a Mixologist is required. |
Barback / Service
$10 AUD Per Hour
3 Hours Minimum Barback or Junior Service Staff. Barback will work with the bar team as a runner / cleaner to ensuring the bartender has all requirements & clean glasses. Service staff will work the floor of your function, serving food & drinks, removing used plates glasses and maintaining. |
Senior Service
$15 AUD Per Hour
3 Hours Minimum The senior assists to oversee operations. They will ensure quality control throughout the event and for the food, beverage & staff service. These staff work with Food & Beverage Staff to to ensure both teams work well side by side throughout your event. |

Plan your Bali Bartender Service Requirements...
The level of service you require at an event depends greatly on how many guests are attending your event, to that of how many bar staff you have hired.
As a general rule for full cocktail or cocktail, spirits, wine, & beer bar service, we advise on the following as a staff hire to guest ratio. We have not included wait staff as this depends how you would like to structure your event and if you will also have food service. Please note there are other influencing factors:
As you can see there are many things to consider when planning staffing for an event. We can assist with this the more we know about your event the better we can provide for you.
Note always there will be 1 or more bar-backs as they keep the bar running; topping up fridges, getting ice, collecting used glasses, washing up etc. :
Should you have hired less bar staff based on your final confirmed guest attendance, please note that bar service may not be as quick or efficient as you anticipate. Whilst our staff are effectively trained in bar service and work efficiently, hiring one bar person to accommodate 30 or more guests will affect the efficiency of service. One of the staff will perform the roll of a bar back ensuring glasses are washed, a runner if ever in need to get something, and maintain the area throughout the event. We also offer services for glassware, bars, furniture, decoration, and catering which can be added on to your booking.

- Will you have bar service only or tray service? Tray service will require additional wait staff to serve your drinks.

- What will you serve to your guests? Our information is set for full service. If only Beer & Wine then less bar staff may be required.
- How many kinds of cocktails and drinks will you serve? The more cocktails the more work for the bar staff.
- What is your event style and therefore your service standard requirement? A classic wedding will require more staff to guest ratio than a casual birthday.
- Will you have VIP guest at your event? Generally we need to impress a VIP's so require high levels of dedicated service staff.
As you can see there are many things to consider when planning staffing for an event. We can assist with this the more we know about your event the better we can provide for you.
Note always there will be 1 or more bar-backs as they keep the bar running; topping up fridges, getting ice, collecting used glasses, washing up etc. :
- For events of 0-25 we recommend 1 bar staff ( 1 x mixologist / 1 x bar back )
- For events of 25-50 we recommend 2 bar staff ( 2 x mixologist / 1 x bar back )
- For events of 50-75 we recommend 3 bar staff ( 3 x mixologist / 2 x bar back )
- For events of 75-100 we recommend 4 bar staff ( 4 x mixologist / 2 x bar back )
- For events over 100 add 1 bar staff per 25 pax and 1 bar back per 50 pax

Booking Information & Bartender Consultation
- Please ensure you have observed our information in regards to planning your event and staff to guest ratios.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your requested booking date to organise any of our services.
- 1 to 2 days prior to your event our Bartender will visit you at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- At the time of booking we will require a deposit of 50% to be paid. Remaining balance is then due in cash on date of consultation.
Prices Inclusions
- Staff Hire cost includes only the staff for the time you have booked them.
- Please ensure you factor in set up and preparation time when hiring on an hourly rate. Staff will arrive only 10 - 15 minutes prior to the designated start time.
- Bartenders will each have 1 set of bar equipment including: Apron, Bar Towels, Service Trays, Pour Spouts, Juice Containers, Bar Mix Pourers, Cocktail Shaker Tins, Mixing Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Corkscrew, Bottle Opener, Jigger, Lemon Peeler, Bar Spoon & Fork, Muddler / Masher, Ice Bucket, Ice Scoop, Cutting Board, Knife.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
Where additional catering equipment, furniture, decorations, accessories, etc are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our Bartender and representative shall discuss this with you at the consultation.
Call Out Fee - a 50,000 IDR fee applies to all staff call outs regardless of duration.
Any and all breakages for dinnerware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the client making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Bartenders and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Bartender & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink, or other based on menu requirements.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our chef will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. Currently our service area includes Canggu, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, we can service other areas however fees apply based on the location.

We make Booking your Bali Event as easy as possible.
Simply fill out the form and make sure you provide a Email and if possible a Whats App number. We will then contact you as soon as possible. Most events require a minimum of 2 - 3 days notification for small events and more for large events. We will then communicate one of 3 ways: 1.) Send us an email inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible with all the information needed to start planning your event. 2.) If you are staying in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Pettitenget, Umalas our staff can come direct to you to discuss the event. 3.) If you are able to come to our Seminyak office we can advise on all of our catering range.
