For your events we can provide cakes or many different sizes and for all occasions. 

Most cakes we create are custom so please let us know what you would like using the list of flavor's and icing options below.

The best option is to send us an email with a photo of what you would like and we will get back to you with a price. Please provide the photo, cake size or the number of guests it will be for and we can calculate the size, the filling, any writing on the cake, any additional information you may have.

Please note cakes, balloons and other event decoration is currently only available with a full catering package either "Chef Menus" and or "Bar Menus" from our company and not for outside events.

All cakes may have optional extras so you can create something special e.g. chocolate, fruit, flowers, macaroons, cake toppers etc. 

The best option is to send us a photo of the cake you want with filling, size, text, icing, and we will quote a price for you.

Bali Fondant Icing Cakes

Fondant is a edible sugar paste that can be moulded or sculpted over the cake. With this we can create any design for you so it is great for themed cakes.  Please note fondant only relates to the icing of the cake so the images here are only suggestions of fondant icing and must be matched to a fondant compatible cake.

Bali Buttercream Icing Cakes

Buttercream is a soft icing made using sugar, butter, vanilla and/or egg whites. The combination makes for a soft sweet icing and is available in any color. Please note buttercream only relates to the icing of the cake so the images here are only suggestions of buttercream icing and must be matched to a compatible cake.

Bali Frosting Icing Cakes

Frosting is somewhat similar to buttercream however different ingredients using sugar, shortening or cream cheese, and sometimes milk or water. The key here is no butter. This is a great versatile icing and used on many cakes however a limited colour pallet more based on true colours in comparison to buttercream.

Bali Ganache Icing Cakes

Ganache is simply a chocolate melted with heavy cream. This makes a beautiful shiny coating on cakes and deserts. You most commonly see this kind of icing on a mud cake very noticeable by its shine and thick tasty texture.

Chocolate cake is made using a combination of chocolate and cocoa powder among other ingredients. Our chocolate cake has 3 layers of cake with 2 inner layers of chocolate frosting filling and is finished with a chocolate frosting, toppings are optional. This is an old favorite amongst many, made to be moist and chocolaty.

A vanilla cake is typically white to light yellow and is based on the French vanilla cake which uses a vanilla custard. Our vanilla cake has 3 layers of cake with 2 inner layers of vanilla frosting filling and is finished with a vanilla frosting, toppings are optional. Bali Brownie Cake

Brownie Cake is a cake version of brownies which do not use baking powder and baking soda as in a normal cake. This gives the cake a more dense and chewy or cookie like consistency with a crackle finish on the surface unlike cakes that are light, fluffy. Bali Mud Cake

The mud cake originates from Mississippi in the US named after its texture which is a very dense and moist cake. The cake when cut does not produce crumbs like many other cakes due to the oils and moisture in the cake. Traditionally a mud cake is finished with a chocolate ganache a thick chocolate glaze originating from France.

A red crimson colour the taste well lets just say that if our boss sees you order this cake then we have to order 2 of them or hide it from him. Bali Cheesecake

Cheesecake consists of a base layer of crushed graham crackers and a top layer of cream and cream cheese. There are baked and unbaked cheesecakes, baked use eggs to set the mixture and are dense and velvety while unbaked rely on good whipping of the cream and refrigerating or freezing and are light and airy.

Bali Carrot Cake

Carrot cake is a moist spiced cake that uses carrot directly within the recipe giving a sweet spiced flavour alongside cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and apple sauce with other cake basics. Our carrot cake has 3 layers of cake with 2 inner layers of cream cheese frosting filling and is finished with a cream cheese frosting.

Bali Black Forest Cakes

Black Forest gâteau or Black Forest cake is a chocolate sponge cake with a rich cherry filling. Being sponge & mixed with cream the cake is very light. Our black forest cake has 3 layers of cake with 2 inner layers of cream filling mixed with cherry syrup and is traditionally finished with cream, chocolate shavings and cherries.

Bali Mousse Cake

Mousse incorporates air bubbles to give it a light and airy texture achieved by whipping cream and while can be flavoured with many things is traditionally flavoured with cocoa powder and or chocolate. There is a cake base and a mousse top however it can also be layered. Usually finished naturally with a light dusting.

Bali Tiramisu Cake

Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar and mascarpone cheese. The cake has a base of ladyfingers, layer of mascarpone, another of ladyfingers and then mascarpone again before being dressed with a dusting of cocoa.

Doughnuts were originally introduced to America by the Dutch and have since become popular all over the world. We can make traditional style doughnuts however can make them more creative for you. We can decorate the doughnuts in a range of  colours and toppings and can make doughnut letters to spell out words.

Each Cupcake is designed to be an individual serving of happiness. We love to design cupcakes just the way you like them so select your cake option first and then decide on how you would like them decorates. We can make 3D designs in fondant, colourful buttercream toppings, spell out words, or even make cupcake flowers.

Bali Cake Pops or Lollypop Cakes

A cake pop is a form of cake styled as a lollipop. Cake crumbs are mixed with icing or chocolate, and formed into small spheres or balls in the same way as cake balls, before being given a coating of icing, chocolate or other decorations and attached to lollipop sticks. These are a huge hit at kids parties and look so instagramable.
Available per piece minimum 10 pieces per booking.

Other Cake Options

We can add many other items to your cake decoration. Please note the prices are for standard cakes only additions are an extra fee. Some of these items may include: toys for kids cakes, macaroons, chocolates, candy, flowers, fruits, cake toppers and so much more. Writing names and age on the cake is free though and we always supply a cake knife and also basic candles free of charge.

As each cake is different based on your design please email us with a photo of the cake you would like and let us know the filling and size, or the number of guests it will be for. We will then send you a price for the cake.

Based on the diameter and height of the cake will affect the number of pieces, also how big you cut the slice. An average slice is 3 - 6 cm wide for a party cake based on the diameter / cake size. Standard cake is approx. 4 inches and a tall cake 6 inches so you may want to cut the taller cake a bit smaller. The pieces per cake size in the chart above are a rough guide only.

Things to note prior to contacting us:

• We can not accept bookings on WhatsApp. Please email. WhatsApp is for emergency or after confirming your booking via email.
• Small events require 5 - 7 days planning and scheduling time.
• Medium events require 7 - 14 days planning and scheduling time.
• Large events require significantly more time so contact in advance.
• Note minimum booking requirements: guest / staff numbers, order value, items only to be booked with "Chef Menus" or "Bar Menus".
