The grazing table is one of our premiere platters which we will design specifically to your location to cover all or part of your table. We typically add a selection of hard and soft cheese, meats, dips, fruit, sweets, chocolate, biscuits, crackers and much more to this platter. The platter can always be customised & decorated to your desire.
Prior to your event / delivery date please let us know if you or your guest have any food allergies or special requirements. It is also important to ensure your location is correct and someone will be there to receive your delivery be it yourself or staff. We are happy to make slight variations to the menus however where additional ingredients or staff are required to handle the changes an additional fee will apply. We also have chefs, bartenders, cakes and entertainment staff available should you wish to make your event extra special. Please add these requests on the booking form below. |

The grazing table is one of our premiere most loved items from guests which can fit to almost any occasion be it a casual pool side cocktails and food to a wedding event. Each location is different so we will design specifically to your location to cover all or part of your table.
Designed to look amazing we add a selection of hard and soft cheese, meats, dips, fruit, sweets, chocolate, biscuits, crackers and much more. We can customize grazing tables to your taste however note sizes will be reflected by selections. Example is for a mixed table of all items will be much larger than a grazing table requesting meats and cheeses or other more expensive items.
The difference between a grazing table and a platter you may ask? Platters are designed for light bights and are smaller in size than Grazing Tables which are designed for light meal. Grazing Tables as you will surely know are also designed to impress your guests showcasing the food elegantly for you to graze on. This is reflected in the pricing so while paying more for a grazing table you also get a lot more.
Difference between the Standard and Luxury Grazing Table. To put it very simply we simply use more of the best quality ingredients and make the decoration stand out above the rest. More meats, more cheese, more olives, more of all the nicest parts of a platter and the highest quality of ingredients, dressed with flowers, carvings and more. This is not to say the standard platter is not great as most of the photos we display are of the standard grazing tables. These are great value and exceptionally tasty. Perhaps we can compare them to a wedding and a garden party. Both lovely and made for different occasions.

Light Bights: Booking Information & Consultation
- Please ensure you have a suitable area to set up Grazing, Platters, & Canapes. Be aware heat may be an issue for some food.
- Platters only available with a Chef Menu or Bar Menu. Minimum 2 platters when with bar menu as this requires an additional chef staff.
- Canapes minimum order 5.000K IDR, only available with Chef Menu or Bar Menu. Standard 30+ guests for events is ideal for minimum order.
- Grazing tables are prepared on site and only available with a Chef Menu or Bar Menu under minimum requirements when under 50 guests.
- Grazing Table over 50+ Guests can order grazing table separately. Locations of Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Canggu only. Not other areas.
- Please note minimum guest requirements apply as per the Chef & Bar Menus to add Platters, Canapes, & Grazing Tables.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
Prices Inclusions
- Based on guest numbers we will supply 1 to multiple Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants as determined by our experienced staff.
- Basic set up and decoration of the area where food will be set out / served. This may or may not include based on your booking standard trays, dishes, serving pots etc for the food. Please check with us as to the inclusions for your event as it will be based on your booking.
- Setup and cooking time requires a varied time based on your booking requirements as to inclusions. Please check upon booking.
- Average time for light bights service is 1 - 2 hours. This will be based upon your booking and other services included within the booking.
- Equipment required to prepare and cook the meal. We must have a sufficient area to setup our equipment and basic facilities.
- Ingredients to cover standard menu options. Menu changes, and or dietary requirements may require additional fees.
- Pack up and clean-up will be done after the meal is prepared and served. Standard service times. We will wrap or place leftovers out for you.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fees: Additional equipment / non central / hard access / additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, North Nusa Dua 450K / South Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities - Note this does not typically apply to platter or grazing table orders.
- For shift over 4 hours our Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of 15 - 30 minutes duration to refresh or where unable to leave the premises have food or beverage provided. Do not worry we look after the staff but just a short break and we have staff to always keep up.
- Suitable facilities must be provided for all Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, electric outlet, and or other requirements based on bookings, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink, cooktop.
Availability / Disclaimer
- Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our chef will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. - Currently our service area includes Canggu, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar Seletan we can service other areas however fees may apply based on the location. Minimum order levels also apply to locations based on your order.
