Bali Platters and Catering - Grazing Table
The grazing table is one of our premiere platters which we will design specifically to your location to cover all or part of your table. We typically add a selection of hard and soft cheese, meats, dips, fruit, sweets, chocolate, biscuits, crackers and much more to this platter. The platter can always be customised & decorated to your desire.
Prior to your event / delivery date please let us know if you or your guest have any food allergies or special requirements. It is also important to ensure your location is correct and someone will be there to receive your delivery be it yourself or staff. We are happy to make slight variations to the menus however where additional ingredients or staff are required to handle the changes an additional fee will apply. We also have chefs, bartenders, cakes and entertainment staff available should you wish to make your event extra special. Please add these requests on the booking form below. |

The grazing table is one of our premiere platters which we will design specifically to your location to cover all or part of your table. The difference between a grazing table and a platter you may ask? Platters are designed for light bights and are smaller in size than Grazing Tables which are designed for light meal. Grazing Tables as you will surely know are also designed to impress your guests showcasing the food elegantly for you to graze on. This is reflected in the pricing so while paying more for a grazing table you also get a lot more.
The next question you will have is the difference between the standard and Luxury Grazing Table. To put it very simply we simply use more of the best quality ingredients and make the decoration stand out above the rest. More meats, more cheese, more olives, more of all the nicest parts of a platter and the highest quality of ingredients, dressed with flowers, carvings and more. This is not to say the standard platter is not great as most of the photos we display are of the standard grazing tables. These are great value and exceptionally tasty. Perhaps we can compare them to a wedding and a garden party. Both lovely and made for different occasions.

Light Bights: Booking Information & Consultation
- Please ensure you have a suitable area to set up Grazing, Platters, & Canapes. Be aware heat may be an issue for some food.
- Platters only available with a Chef Menu and / or Bar Menu. Minimum 2 platters required for bookings not including a chef menu.
- Canapes minimum order 5.000K IDR, only available with a Chef Menu and / or Bar Menu. Standard for events 30+ guests minimum.
- Grazing tables are prepared on site and only available with a Chef Menu or Bar Menu. Over 50 Guests can order grazing table separately only within locations of Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Canggu. Not available in Ubud, Bingin, Umalas, and surrounding areas as individual order.
- Locations further than and including Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot required minimum 15 guests for "Chef Menu" & "Bar Menu" combined; or minimum 20 guests "Chef Menu or "Bar Menu" only to request platters / grazing tables as per minimum order levels.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
Prices Inclusions
- Based on guest numbers we will supply 1 to multiple Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants as determined by our experienced staff.
- Basic set up and decoration of the area where food will be set out. You may opt to have special setups for weddings etc. Where this is done prices will be quoted for the extra display items.
- Ingredients to cover standard menu options. Menu changes, and or dietary requirements may require additional fees.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional bar equipment, catering equipment, table dressings, decorations, accessories, or staff are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our chef and representative shall discuss this with you at the consultation.
- Transport return fee based on your location. Large equipment may require additional fee. Prices subject to change without notice.
Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot 600K / Ubud 700K. Due to distance, travel time, extra costs we can only accept large events in Ubud, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot locations.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities - Note this does not typically apply to platter or grazing table orders.
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chefs and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, use of a stove or oven based on menu requirements, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our chef / staff will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. Currently our platter service area is limited in order to maintain freshness of the platters. We deliver to Canggu, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban. Other areas only available with a Chef Menu or Bar Menu.
