Pricing & Hire Arrangements

We need your performance times, number of sets and pricing. We also need any additional information on your inclusions. 

Base pricing includes the following:

• Artist performance, equipment, basic PA sound system package (upgraded sound and lighting package available for additional fee.
• Artist setup and pack up for the performance. Usually we will set up and sound test 1 - 2 hours prior to start time or based on required.

We can discuss customizing our performance sets / times to suit your event. Please contact us directly to discuss possible changes to standard times. Note short performances do not always equate to cheap prices as a great deal of cost and time is involved for equipment, set up, pack up, and transporting the large amount of required items to site.

We advise you to book as early as possible as our artists are in demand and often booked out in advance by both our business and private clients. Please note there is additional options for stage, lighting, upgraded PA Sound Systems that you may request. The standard packages are however suitable for most events.

We make Booking your Bali Event as easy as possible.

Simply fill out the form below and make sure you complete all of the required sections. ​We will then reply to your email as soon as possible, usually 24 to 48 hours.

Things to note prior to contacting us:

We can not accept bookings on WhatsApp. Please email. WhatsApp is for emergency or after confirming your booking via email.

• Small events require 5 - 7 days planning & scheduling.
• Medium events require 7 - 14 days planning & scheduling.
• Large events require significantly more time to prepare.
• Note minimum booking requirements apply and required.
• Incomplete forms will be deleted; complete information is required for our team to send a quotation for an event.

If you are staying in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Petitenget, Umalas our staff based on availability come direct to you to discuss the event. 

You may also come to our Seminyak office to discus your event. We also have Bali Villa Rentals, Bali Tours & Activities Bali Catering, Bali Chef Hire, Bartenders, Platters and more. Appointment is required.
