When you host an event while we love our children so much it can be hard to find the time to socialize and relax with your guests while attending to your children's needs. Note our sitters are from a friend company so our partner business will organizes with no added fee.
To take away the stress and allow you to enjoy the time with your guests we have a great professional team of babysitters available. Should you need a babysitter at any other time during your stay we are happy to assist with this also. Our Bali babysitters are all highly experienced and hold numerous qualifications and specialties. From first aid certificates, swimming ability, cooking ability, and much more. Simply let us know your requirements and we will match the right sitter for you and your children. |

Our babysitters have a great range of activities we can plan for your children. Many of these are free however some will require a small additional fee to cover the materials for the activity.
Some of these activities include:
Bubble Play - Children love to play with bubbles. Our babysitters will set up preferably on a grassed area bubble wands and blowers for the children to enjoy. Big kids and young kids alike always love bubbles.
Drawing - We have a number of coloring sheets for boys and girls alike including superheros, fairies, animals, beach scenes and much more. Please note we will only use colour pencils as to avoid texta ink or paint mess.
Balinese Dance - Children will get dressed up in a simple sarong and then our staff will teach them some Balinese dance. If you have a music system we can even put on Balinese music while they learn. A great cultural experience for the kids.
Educational Activities - If you would like our babysitters to teach your children some basic Indonesian or Balinese language while we look after them we are happy to. We have Indonesian to English cards and writing games to make this a fun activity.
Recreational Activities - From swimming in the pool, playing games, going to a playground or water-park our babysitters are happy to accompany you and the children to any recreational activities.
Cooking Fun - Perhaps you have little chefs who would love to learn some Indonesian basic cooking. We can have our staff teach the children how to make some basic dishes like nasi goreng, mie goreng, banana pancakes or more depending on the staff and age of your children.
Craft Fun - If your children love to craft then we can make many different crafts. Our staff can stop past the craft store prior to meeting your children and get a selection of items to complete many different projects.
Reading Time - Perhaps your children have a favorite book they have brought with them or perhaps they would like us to read or tell them some of the traditional Balinese stories. We are happy to share our Balinese culture.
Music Time - If your children are musical we have a number of small simple music instruments we can bring along and create a music ensemble with your children. Maybe this is best not right near your relaxing massage or event though.
Games Time - We have a number of games to play with the children depending on the group size. Some of these are similar to western games however some will be a new experience for the children learning Indonesian games. Best for outside grassed area.

Bali Babysitters generally look after only 2 children at one time for safety reasons. Note that children under 1.5 year require full time supervision. A baby under 1.5 years and under 3 years requires 2 babysitters. We will base the requirements upon the requirements of care to children and our care to your children is the most important factor and as parents ourselves we will not compromise on safety of children.

- If booking multiple days we offer discount options, please inquire for these.
- Sitters are organised via Ayu Babysitting and not a direct business of AusIndo Bali Group. No commission we just link you to the sitters.
- Contact and all information will be provided from Ayu Babysitting as an independent company.
- All Bali Babysitters may start work from as early as 7am each day & finish up to as late as 1am. Live in / 24 hrs by special arrangement only.
- Please ensure you have observed our information in regards to babysitter to children ratios and discuss prior if you have older children.
- A baby under 1.5 years requires full attention and we will only take a baby and child over 3 years as 2 children.
- Over 1.5 years we can provide care for 2 children with 1 baby sitter. This is as the baby requires full attention.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your requested booking date to organise any of our services.
- Payment is required at the booking a deposit of 50%. Remaining balance is then due in cash on date of sitting.
- Sitters minimum booking 4 hours + call out fee of 50K IDR applies to cover transportation costs in standard areas. Seminyak, Legian, Kuta.
- Transport to other areas will have a surcharge to cover the commute for the sitter fuel / time / transport cost.
Prices Inclusions
- Staff Hire cost includes only the staff for the time you have booked them. If you are running late an additional fee is payable.
- Please note some of the activities we have listed will incur an additional fee to purchase materials. Please advise us in your email of any specific activities you may wish your children to do and we can advise on the fee.
- Babysitters will generally arrive only 10 minutes prior to sitting time to check any requirements. If you wish to spend time with the sitter prior to departing please book this additional time.
- Currently our service area includes Canggu, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, we can service other areas however fees apply based on the location as mentioned to cover the commute of the sitter.
Allowances / Facilities
- For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Babysitting Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them by the client.
- Suitable accommodation and facilities must be provided for a Bali Babysitter particularly when hiring a Bali Babysitter for 24 hours. A room shared with children is suitable but not with entire families or adults.

Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability.

We make Booking your Bali Event and additional requests as easy as possible.
Simply fill out the form and make sure you provide a Email and if possible a Whats App number. We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm the booking. Babysitting bookings can be made with an event or independently. If booking this in conjunction with an event please make sure you let us know this in the comments section. For bookings either with an event or independently please provide as much advanced notice as possible so we can ensure staff availability at your selected date and time.
