As the sun goes down welcoming the cool of night at your event why not keep your guest entertained with a fire dancer and or firebreather performance. These shows are spectacular by the pool or in a open area, make a night to remember. Our dancers have a range of costumes from traditional Balinese clothing to more modern and even revealing costumes to fit all occasions.
Prior to your event date please let us know the facilities at your location and area for performance. This is very important due to the nature of fire. We are happy to make slight variations to standard schedules however changes may incur an additional fee. We also have chefs, bartenders, cakes and entertainment staff available should you wish to make your event extra special. Please add these requests on the booking form below. |

Minimum 2 fire dancers / 2 shows per performance with a Chef & or Bar Menu. We do not hire dancers only unless for large bookings.

Minimum of 2 shows per booking required. Dancers only are not available in locations including and further than Ubud, Gianyar, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot. Bookings must include a chef menu and or bar menu with our minimum booking requirements listed in the menus. Please ensure your location is suitable for a performance (4 x 4 meter open air).

Fire Dance - Booking Information & Consultation
- Please ensure you have a suitable area to set up for the staff. This is a 4 x 4 meter open air area.
- We ideally require a minimum of 5 to 7 days scheduling and planning time prior to your requested booking date.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- Minimum booking is for 2 Fire performances and must be with a chef and or bar menu. We can not accept small bookings individually.
- As standard we do not hire Fire dancers only so a large number of dances and or multiple entertainment is required to book fire only.
- We can not provide for dancers only in locations including and further than Ubud, Gianyar, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot locations. These bookings must include a chef menu and or bar menu with our minimum booking requirements as listed under these packages.
Prices Inclusions
- Staff / Equipment / Performance time as listed. Note musicians and dancers will take breaks in-between each set performances.
- Dancers Transportation fee based on location and additional services added. Please provide your location on the enquiry form.
- Basic sound system for dancers. Large sound system available at additional fee or add Gamelan staff to your booking for traditional sound.
- Dancers & Musicians will provide all of the equipment costumes, instruments, etc required for their attendance.
Supply of Chef Equipment, Catering Equipment, Event Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fee based on location. Additional equipment / non central / hard access / cliff may require additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chef Hire Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef Hire Staff. This will depend on the staff role at your event and may include however not limited to access to power outlets, preparation areas, use of a stove or oven, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink, suitable private changing area.

Due to seasonal constraints such as weather we recommend guest to prepare suitable locations in advance as refunds will not be given for acts of god. Please discuss these options when you book. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability.
