Bali Flair Bartenders - Currently Unavailable
View a spectacular performance from one of our talented flair bartenders. Flair bartender's demonstrate trick skills creating cocktails while juggling bottles and other bartender equipment. Our flair bartenders can also perform a number of other spectacular trick bartender actions and will treat you to several shows throughout the evening.

As the sun goes down welcoming the cool of night at your event why not keep your guest entertained with a fire dancer and or firebreather performance. These shows are spectacular by the pool or in a open area, make a night to remember. Our dancers have a range of costumes from traditional Balinese clothing to more modern and even revealing costumes to fit all occasions.

Balinese dance is a beautiful art-form often learnt from childhood and requiring training for many years. With beautiful traditional costumes and the flowing movements of Balinese dance your guest will be captured by this performance. Our Balinese dance troops come in various sizes and perform different dances each with their own stories based upon ancient Balinese culture.

Gamelan is the traditional ensemble music of the Javanese, Sundanese, and Balinese peoples of Indonesia. Our Gamelan players are dressed in their traditional costumes and usually from one specific village within Bali. The ensemble is made up predominantly of percussive instruments giving the well known traditional Bali sound. We have both small and large ensembles ready to perform at your events.

If you would like to add some music to your event we have a number of solo, duo, trio, quartets, quintets, full live bands and other performers for you to select from. Our musicians are perfect for a small area or intimate party right through to large events, festivals and more. We have sound systems to match all venues and guest numbers. Bands are varied for local groups to international performers.

When your looking for a mix of electronic music to get your night going then we can happily assist you. We have a range of DJ's all each with their own unique styles who can play your event and ensure your guests have a great time. If you require we can provide a complete sound and lighting set up for your event to ensure you and your guest can dance the night away.

If you are having a bucks party or a hens night then we can organise for you a sexy dancer. We have male, female and ladyboy sexy dancers so no matter what you require we can assist. We are always happy to discuss your requirements prior to the event to ensure we have the staff available you require. You can order 1 or multiple sexy dancers based on your requirements for your event.

Bikini Waitresses or Sexy Waiters are much different to sexy dancers. These staff are girls or guys that work to help you get the party started and interact with you and your guest working more as a hosts or hostess. These staff will serve basic drinks or food to guests, play games, joke, dance, perhaps enjoy a drink with you and maybe even flirt a little with your guest to make the party fun.

Information & Event Consultation
- Booking Requirements will vary in the performance for their transport costs due to equipment and other features of an event.
- We ideally require a minimum of 5 to 7 days scheduling and planning time prior to your requested booking date.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- Generally speaking most entertainment options are not available without booking a chef and or bar menu with minimum booking requirements. We will only make exceptions for this where large events are booked using multiple performance options.
Prices Inclusions
- Each event, performer, artist has different inclusions. Please consult during the booking for the total inclusions and extras.
Supply of Equipment & Other Accessories
- Each event, performance, artist, has different inclusions. Where changes, additional staff or items are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking.
- Transport return fee based on your location. Some events will not have fees and some will so the following is a general guideline only and you will be advised on these charges. Large equipment may require additional fee. Prices subject to change without notice.
Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot 600K / Ubud 700K. Due to distance, travel time, extra costs we can only accept large events in Ubud, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot locations.
- Any and all breakages, damages or other equipment loss by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chefs and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, use of a stove or oven based on menu requirements, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink.

We will not be held liable for any seasonal constrictions or events that disrupt your event and make the event unable to be run. It is the responsibility of the guest booking to ensure a suitable area for the performance, artist, event, or other to occur. Due to seasonal restrictions and unpredictability we must ensure you plan your event with Bali weather, geological, and all other pertaining factors in mind.
