Flair bartenders are only offered as additional staff not as a bartender replacement within our packages. This is as they are specialist bar staff not regular bar staff. This means when hiring a flair bartender for the longer period you are essentially getting the shows and a service upgrade for your booking. You may select the option of a single performance of multiple performances throughout the night. We also have chefs, bartenders, cakes and entertainment staff available should you wish to make your event extra special. Please add these requests on the booking form below. |

Service Inclusions:
- Flair bartenders dressed in bar attire.
- All equipment required to perform the show.
- To make easy the description as flair juggling can include with or without flame. We will use Juggle (no fire) Flame (with fire).
- Options of short performance or long performances with different inclusions.
Short Performance - 1 Hour Staff at your location - 1 x Juggling performance / 1 x flame performance 7 - 10 minute each show.
Long Performance - 3 Hours Staff at your location - 4 x Juggling performance / 2 x flame performance 5 - 7 minute each show.

Notes: Please provide your specific location and time to check transport requirements. Please ensure your location is suitable for a fire performance. Optional bar, decoration, event supplies, and catering available. Flair bartenders are only able to be booked with a chef menu and or a bar menu not as an individual booking for an event.

Booking Information & Consultation
- Please ensure you have a suitable area to set up for the staff.
- We ideally require a minimum of 5 to 7 days scheduling and planning time prior to your requested booking date.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- Flair bartender bookings must include a chef menu and or bar menu with our minimum booking requirements listed in the menus.
Prices Inclusions
- Staff / Equipment / General Transport fee based on your location. Please provide your location on the enquiry form.
- Flair bartender will provide all of the equipment required for their shows.
Supply of Chef Equipment, Catering Equipment, Event Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fee based on location. Additional equipment / non central / hard access / cliff may require additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chef Hire Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef Hire Staff. This will depend on the staff role at your event and may include however not limited to access to power outlets, preparation areas, use of a stove or oven, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink, suitable private changing area.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to seasonal constraints such as weather we recommend guest to prepare suitable locations in advance as refunds will not be given for acts of god. Please discuss these options when you book. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. Currently our service area includes Canggu, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar Seletan, Sanur, Jimbaran we can service other areas however additional fees apply based on the location.
