Universally we know that good food and entertainment is always paired with good drinks preferably of the alcoholic variety. We are therefore happy to bring you a range of bar packages. We try to cover for all groups large and small however please note packages do have minimums due to high alcohol taxes in Bali which is cost prohibitive.
For small groups 6 - 50 guests we have Party Packages. The "Cocktail Party Package" and also our "Beer & Spirits Party Package". These packages are priced per person and include 3 hours service as standard with the option to add additional hours for a small fee. We supply everything you require for your event except the alcohol. You may then choose to purchase from our online Alcohol Store or many of our guests select to provide their own alcohol utilizing their duty free alcohol purchases. |

Our next group of packages available is our Free Flow Bar Packages. These packages are great for larger groups and only available for 30+ people. We do make an exception if combining your booking with a "Chef Menu" we can provide these packages for a minimum of 20 guests.
Please note some Bali companies will provide free flow service at a low rate. They are not always using certified alcohol and often provide drinks that are not as a standard drink. We do not do this we only provide certified alcohol from the manufacturer. We also make real drinks!

Some are not real or operate from very low hygiene which we do not like. We are a professional registered business operating at world quality health standards.

This package is designed for cocktail lovers. Our mixologists will create cocktails for you and your friends at your private villa or event and provide all your mixers, ice, garnish, bar equipment etc. You purchase your duty free and use this for your event. We will give you a guide on what alcohol to buy based on your cocktail selections.

A package designed for a group who are both spirit & beer lovers. A favourite for bucks nights often combined with a BBQ or Babi Guling. Our mixologists prepare all of your drinks so you can relax and enjoy the party, a shisha included. Bring duty free spirits add beer and perhaps some other items from our Entertainment.

- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- Bookings include only the number of guests invoiced. Staff note guest numbers and additional guest will be invoiced on the day of event.
- Packages include only the number of guests invoiced. Additional guest consumption will be invoiced due paid by close of the event.
- Please ensure you are ready to start at the event time, our staff do the best to be there for you please do the same for our team.

- Party Packages include staff, glassware, bar kit, mixers, condiments, music system, coconuts 10+ guest, and over 20 pax a small bar.
- Free Flow Packages include alcohol, bar staff, bar equipment, glassware, mixers, condiments, ice, coolers, and bar based on guest number.
- Free Flow Packages we can not serve shots and for any outside alcohol please clear this with the team before your event.
- Decorations, additional tables, bar tables and chairs, and other equipment can be added for a fee. Please discuss your requirements.
Transport and Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fee based on location. Additional equipment / non central / hard access / cliff may require additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
- Free flow packages remaining beverages at the end of the event are the property of Bali Chef & Bartender unless purchased by guests.
Allowances / Facilities
- For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Bartenders and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them. We ensure staff continuity during this time.
- Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Bartender & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, electrical outlets, fridge & freezer, sink / washing area. Where unavailable we can provide these items however please note additional fees will apply.
Availability / Disclaimer
- Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges may apply. Staff will advise during booking / consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. - Currently our service area includes Canggu, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar Seletan we can service other areas however fees may apply based on the location. Minimum order levels also apply to distant locations.
