During your stay in Bali why not enjoy the services of an in villa chef! Our professionally trained chef's can cater for lunch and dinner in your private Bali Villa. We offer a number of set menus from which you can select as well as the option for large events to consult with us and plan a special menu.
Some of our most popular menus are our Indonesian & Western buffet and BBQ's. These are a great option for casual dining with family and friends and allow you so enjoy a large variety of foods in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We also have our plated meal options for weddings and fine dining events with 3 and 5 course selections.

When you book with us we can guarantee our food is fresh high quality ingredients. We do not use any frozen food (except for Australian import beef for select menus). We only ever use fresh ingredients we purchase daily from quality suppliers, providing large portions to catering standards and all is cooked direct at your location for you. From farm to table supporting our local produce of Bali and the people of Bali. We shop daily from 4 or 5 am from farmers and fishing boats, buying direct daily the best produce, cooked by chefs with a passion for food that we serve to you.
Chef menus all include serving equipment, this is the plates, bowls, trays chafing dishes etc. that the food is served in to your guests. Plates, cutlery, tables, chairs, decoration and additional extras may be added for a fee. Note our babi guling is a specialist menu.
Based on your guest numbers we will have different setup / inclusions as follows. Where required we will include buffet tables for food as required by guest numbers free of charge. You can upgrade your setup for a fee adding equipment, decorations, flowers, tables, chairs and more:

Based on your guest numbers we will have different setup / inclusions as follows. Where required we will include buffet tables for food as required by guest numbers free of charge. You can upgrade your setup for a fee adding equipment, decorations, flowers, tables, chairs and more:
- 6 - 14 Guests - Family / small event using ceramic dishes on the table to present your meal in family style.
- 15 - 24 Guests - Buffet Tables as required with Clay Earthenware Chafing Dishes a traditional Balinese style presentation.
- 25 - 35 Guests - Buffet Tables as required, Stainless Steal Chafing Dishes and Serving Equipment; looking higher quality.
- 35+ Guests - Buffet Tables as required, Stainless Steal Chafing Dishes, Serving Equipment. Here we also include basic set of cutlery 3 piece silverware and the basic white dinnerware pieces based on the menu requirements.

Indonesian Catering Menus
Flavors of Indonesia Banquet showcases some of the traditional dishes from all over the Indonesian archipelago. With tastes from Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku & Timor. These are the most popular dishes in Indonesia cooked using the traditional recipes and ingredients that have been passed down through generations. The cooking style for this meal is kitchen based rater than a grill.

The Indonesian BBQ Buffet showcases a number of traditional dishes from all over the Indonesian archipelago. Here our style of cooking is somewhat different with some dishes prepared in the kitchen others are prepared using the grill infusing smoke and direct flame into the food known in Indonesia as bakar. Bali is the most well known Island in Indonesia with a rich culture dating back thousands of years and the only Island maintaining Hindu beliefs. Like every area of Indonesia Bali has a unique style of cooking a number of favorite dishes. Here we specialize on the Balinese cooking style showcasing dishes like Ayam Betutu, Lawar, Sate Lilit, Babi Guling, Sayur Urab, Iga Babi, Soto Babi famous in Bali and Indonesia.

Babi guling is a traditional Balinese dish of roast pork which is slow roasted over a flame for many hours and continuously basted with a special mixture of traditional herbs and spices. We prepare the Babi Guling at our off site location and bring it to you to be carved up along with numerous side dishes. We can provide babi to cater for small and large events up to 200 people as we have done for many weddings.

We have designed the "Indo Inclusive Menu" to suit everyone accounting for various diets & allergies. We have presented a menu to allow a mixed group of people with all choices of food to come together and enjoy a beautiful Indonesian Banquet. Bali is a great place to enjoy seafood with the surrounding tropical waters full of an abundance of offerings. We purchase everything fresh from our suppliers at the beach as they return from fishing in the morning while you are sleeping and will prepare it for you and have on your table for lunch or dinner. One of our most popular menus and you have the option to add crayfish / lobster to for a small fee.

The foods of the Mediterranean Basin incorporate a wide variety of cultures with distinct cuisine including Maghrebi, Egypt, Levantine, Turky, Grece, Italy, France & Spain. The blending of these cultures over the Mediterranean provides for a delicious and unique blend of foods with superb flavors. - Setup and cooking time requires 2 - 3 hrs for chef menus. 1 hr - 30 mins for Babi Guling. Please ensure the location is available.
- Average time for chef menu / babi guling service is 2 hours. Please notify us where you require additional time, fees may apply.
- Equipment required to prepare and cook the meal. We must have a sufficient area to setup our equipment and basic facilities.
- Ingredients to cover standard menu options. Menu changes, and or dietary requirements may require additional fees.
- Pack up and clean-up will be done after the meal is prepared and served. Note standard service times.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.

- Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, use of a stove or oven based on menu requirements, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink.
