Decoration, Furniture, & Equipment Event Options

Selecting the correct decoration, furniture, and equipment to go with your event is crucial to the overall aesthetics and ensuring your event is presented the way you want it to be. Bali Chef Hire is not a decoration specialist and therefore will only provide basic decorating from our in house team. If you require high quality decorating Bali Chef Hire does however work with some of Bali's best decorators and are happy to assist in organising this at discounted rates for our guests. 

As a catering and entertainment based company we do have some great furniture and equipment you may wish to consider for your wedding or event and our pricing is often much less than our competitors. 

Some of the furniture and equipment we have available is as follows:

• Wooden Gerobak / Food Carts - These are great for making a special food service station, for using as a small bar area, for using as a buffet service area and many more uses. They bring the traditional Indonesian look to your event and are also great in photos.
• Wooden Traditional Food Station - These are great for making a special food service station, for using as a small bar area, for using as a buffet service area and many more uses. They bring the traditional Indonesian look to your event and are also great in photos.
• Small to Large Size Bars - We have a great selection of bars in traditional styles, modern styles, and unique designs we have custom made to suit any event. Some packages may even include free bar hire so book a package or hire individually.
• Serving / Display Tables - Display tables can be used for many reasons at an event such as a food display or buffet service area, drinks display area, signing desk for weddings, general decorative display, and many more reasons. 
• Modern BBQ's - A BBQ grill is essential in preparation of many of our dishes and allows the chef to be positioned directly near your guests while food is prepared fresh for you. Some of our packages do include a free BBQ or they can be hired as an additional extra.
• Traditional Grill's - Traditional coal grills are essential in preparation of many of our dishes and allows the chef to be positioned directly near your guests while food is prepared fresh for you. Some of our packages include a free grill or they can be hired as an separately.
• Drinks Tubs - Keeping your drinks cold is essential at any event. We have both large eskys and also stylish drinks tubs which look great to display drinks for your guests and allow guests to self serve if you would like to offer this option.
• Dinnerware - We offer 2 ranges of dinnerware a traditional white set and also a colourful Moroccan style set. These sets are complete with coffee cups, bowls, plates, side plates and more and can be hired as a fill set or as you require.
• Glassware - We have an extensive range of glassware available including but not limited to water glass, beer glass, white wine glass, red wine glass, old fashioned, martini, margarita, and more.
• Cutlery - We have complete cutlery sets available for your events to cover all of your requirements. We even provide a discount for the cutlery sets when hired with the dinnerware.
• Chafing Dishes - These are food warming dishes that are essential to keep your food in optimum condition when you are having buffet style service. Our chafing dishes are high quality stainless steal.
• PA Music Systems - We have small to large PA music systems available which can be used for your live music, DJ, or for speeches and more. Based on the size and area of the event will depend on the system suited to you.
• Lighting Systems - To add to any music event, stage show, or even speeches lighting is very important this will add a special look to your event and place the focus where you want it to be.
