With our Bali Photography and Videography services you can keep your special event moments forever be it in an album or online in your social media.
Rather than hold the camera all day long and not get to enjoy the event we have numerous photographers and videographers we have used for events that we can recommend. Keep in mind no two services are the same as each photographer has a different style, different quality, and different inclusions. We recommend you view the galleries' of the people listed and then select based on what is good for you as we will not recommend one person over the other being such a personal requirement. |
Bali Event Photography & Videography Services
Each of our photographers and videographers are priced differently and inclusions will vary. These prices originate from the individual you chose for your event. Please view the photo gallery from the artist you select thoroughly as well as the package they provide.
Additional Information:
Booking Information & Consultation
- We ideally require a minimum of 5 to 7 days scheduling and planning time prior to your requested booking date.
- Bookings only confirmed with 50% deposit. Balance due at site consult or prior. Payment in full on the day is not accepted.
- Where possible 2 days prior to the event our staff will have a site consult at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- We can not provide for photographers & videographers only in locations including and further than Ubud, Gianyar, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot locations. These bookings must include a chef menu and or bar menu with our minimum booking requirements as listed under these packages.
- Bookings for photographers & videographers only will not be prioritized as we are primarily a full service catering and events management company. Other services are listed primarily as an additional item to be added to bookings for our chef and bar menus and fully catered events.
Prices Inclusions
- Staff / Equipment / Photo Editing / Photos sent via online drive / Inclusions will vary based on the staff selection.
- Transportation fee based on location and services added. May be more or less than listed, please provide your location on the enquiry form.
- Equipment from each staff selected will vary from basic to full professional setups. This and the experience of staff is reflected in pricing.
Supply of Chef Equipment, Catering Equipment, Event Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fee based on location. Additional equipment / non central / hard access / cliff may require additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Chef Hire Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Chef Hire Staff. This will depend on the staff role at your event and may include however not limited to access to power outlets, preparation areas, use of a stove or oven, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink, suitable private changing area.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to seasonal constraints such as weather we recommend guest to prepare suitable locations in advance as refunds will not be given for acts of god. Please discuss these options when you book. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability.
