This package is designed for cocktail lovers. Our head mixologist trained in Internationally will create cocktails for you and your friends at your private villa. You purchase your duty free alcohol, or purchase from our menu and we will provide the rest.
Prior to your event date we will require to know your list of Alcohol you will be supplying so we can create a cocktails list or we can advise you what to buy for certain cocktails. Also please advise us of the the facilities at your location. We are happy to make slight variations to the menus however where additional ingredients or staff are required to handle the changes an additional fee will apply. We also have cakes, platters, chefs, and entertainment staff available should you wish to make your event extra special. Please add these requests on the booking form below. |

Booking Information & Bartender Consultation
- All packages are set for a minimum of 20 guest with a "Chef Menu" and 30 guests drinks only. 10% - 20% fee added if under minimum guest.
- The only package as an exceptions are Party Packages with a minimum of 6 guests.
- Children are not included in the total guest to reach minimum guest numbers.
- Menus are priced to include Mixologist, Bartender, or Bar Back, based upon guest numbers we will allocate staff.
- We require a minimum of 5 to 7 days scheduling and planning time prior to your requested booking date.
- Where possible, prior to your event our staff will visit you at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- At the time of booking we will require a deposit of 50% to be paid. Remaining balance is then due in cash on date of consultation.

- Based on guest numbers we will supply 1 to multiple Mixologists, Bartenders and Bar Backs. Free flow only includes servers.
- Party Packages include staff, glassware, mixers, condiments, music system, coconuts 10+ guest, and over 20 pax a small bar.
- Free Flow Packages include as required per package alcohol, staff, glassware, mixers, condiments, small, medium or large bar based on guest numbers, basic to full decoration based on guest numbers, additional bar tables and chairs for 50+ guests and more per package.
- We can not serve shots and for any outside alcohol please clear this with the team before your event.
Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional bar equipment, catering equipment, table dressings, decorations, accessories, or staff are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our chef and representative shall discuss this with you at the consultation.
- Transport return fee based on your location. Large equipment may require additional fee. Prices subject to change without notice.
Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot 600K / Ubud 700K. Due to distance, travel time, extra costs we can only accept large events in Ubud, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot locations.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
- Free flow packages remaining beverages at the end of the event are the property of Bali Chef & Bartender.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Bartenders and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Bartender & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, access to electrical outlet, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink. We can provide all of these for larger events except the electric and water.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our staff will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. Currently our service area includes Canggu, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, we can service other areas however fees apply based on the location. Due to distance, travel time, & extra costs we can only accept large events in Ubud, Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot locations.
