Designed for cocktail lovers. Our head Balinese mixologists are trained Internationally. We will create cocktails for you and your friends at your private villa or event space for events big and small.
Package start for minimum 6 guests in Seminyak or Legian and 10+ Canggu based to guest number, additions and requests as below*. You purchase your duty free alcohol, or purchase from our menu and we will provide the all of the rest. You may add beer, wine also to this menu as long as purchased from our company. Prior to your event you select your list of cocktails, we will calculate for you the alcohol required to purchase from duty free or our online shop if required, we arrive with all the extras and you enjoy the day! For your event we make cocktails and custom cocktails using the alcohol and ingredients meaning custom Mixology just for you. |

This package is designed for cocktail lovers. Our mixologists who have been Internationally trained in Dubai will create cocktails for you and your friends at your private villa or event. Alcohol is NOT included. We will give you a guide on what alcohol to buy based on your cocktail selections. Then you purchase your duty free alcohol and use this for your event or purchase from our "Alcohol Delivery List".
You may add beer and or wine to the items and we serve for you at no additional cost as long as purchased from our list as above.

On the day we can create additional custom cocktails. Selecting cocktails in advance ensures we have the items required for your favorites. Cocktails when made correctly are unique and require specialty fruits, garnish, juice, mixers, preparation tools and also correct glassware for service.

- Bookings include only the number of guests invoiced. Staff note guest numbers and additional guest will be invoiced on the day of event.

- Free Flow Packages include alcohol, bar staff, bar equipment, glassware, mixers, condiments, ice, coolers, and bar based on guest number.
- Free Flow Packages we can not serve shots and for any outside alcohol please clear this with the team before your event.
- Decorations, additional tables, bar tables and chairs, and other equipment can be added for a fee. Please discuss your requirements.
Transport and Supply of Bar Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
- Where additional equipment / services are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our event staff shall discuss this with you at the consultation. May include additional: staff, equipment, specialty items, or more.
- Transport fee based on location. Additional equipment / non central / hard access / cliff may require additional fee. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - 250K / Tuban, Petitenget, Umalas 300K / Canggu, Jimbaran 350K - 400K / Sanur, Nusa Dua 450K / Uluwatu, Bingin, Tanah Lot, Ubud 700K.
- Any and all breakages for dinnerware / glassware and or other equipment by guests will be charged to the guest making the booking.
- Free flow packages remaining beverages at the end of the event are the property of Bali Chef & Bartender unless purchased by guests.
Allowances / Facilities
- For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Bartenders and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them. We ensure staff continuity during this time.
- Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Bartender & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, electrical outlets, fridge & freezer, sink / washing area.
Availability / Disclaimer
- Due to seasonal availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges may apply. Staff will advise during booking / consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. - Currently our service area includes Canggu, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar Seletan we can service other areas however fees may apply based on the location. Minimum order levels also apply to distant locations.
