They are not sold individually and must be booked alongside an official Bali Chef & Bartender Chef and or Bar Menus under the minimum guest requirements.
□️ Location & Guest Constraints: Note that exact guest number minimums and scaling requirements strictly depend on your private holiday villa's physical location across Bali. Remote, long-distance catering zones require unique staffing overheads and logistics which will be mapped into your personalized calculations.

□ Custom Event Coordination: A designated Event Organiser from our team will arrange a formal meet & greet session with you 1 - 3 days prior to your event when possible. Our operational crews always arrive ahead of schedule for preparation.
□ 100% Safe, Authentic Alcohol & Clean Ice: We guarantee absolute safety. All alcohol stock is authentic, sealed, and directly sourced from official distributors. All food preparation and ice cube processing utilize strictly purified, double-filtered water.
□ Secure Your Event Date: Dates cannot be held on verbal agreement. Your villa scheduling window is officially locked and secured once your non-refundable 50% deposit is processed as per your customized PDF invoice we will send after the quotation.
□️ The Original Bali Chef & Bartender: We are a fully licensed, 16-year, registered business entity. Do not be misled by unauthorized, non-legitimate copycat websites using our likeness.
□ What happens next? Our events admin team and events coordinator will look over your requested date, verify chef and kitchen capacity, and build an itemized pricing proposal for you within 24 to 48 hours (note Sunday admin are away and public holidays may affect times).
